Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total amount of accommodation will be charged to the credit card registered after the reservation is made.

The value of the first night will be charged in advance, 3 days before your stay.

Cancellation Policies

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date.

In case of cancellations within 15 days before check-in or at the show, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded, and 100% of the accommodation will be charged.

Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in date.
There will be a daily charge in case of cancellation after the free period or in case of no-show (NO SHOW).
