CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Payments by credit card must be made by the cardholder, who must present the card at check-in for verification.

PAYMENT BY THIRD-PARTY CREDIT CARD

For payments by third-party credit card, an authorization form is required, authorizing the cardholder to use the card. A photo of the card (front and back) and a copy or photo of the cardholder's ID (front and back) must be presented along with the card at check-in.

If paying with a virtual card, you will need to complete an authorization form and present the virtual card at check-in through the bank's app, or a screenshot of the bank's app, proving ownership and the card details used.

Cancellation Policies

When choosing the Non-Refundable Rate, the total reservation amount (100%) will be charged upon confirmation.
In case of cancellation, withdrawal, or no-show, there will be no refund, and 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.
This rate does not allow changes to dates, room category, reduction in the number of nights, or the number of guests.
