CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Payments by credit card must be made by the cardholder, who must present the card at check-in for verification.

PAYMENT BY THIRD-PARTY CREDIT CARD

For payments by third-party credit card, an authorization form is required, authorizing the cardholder to use the card. A photo of the card (front and back) and a copy or photo of the cardholder's ID (front and back) must be presented along with the card at check-in.

If paying with a virtual card, you will need to complete an authorization form and present the virtual card at check-in through the bank's app, or a screenshot of the bank's app, proving ownership and the card details used.

Cancellation Policies

12/15/2027 - 2/29/2028

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 (fourteen) days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation value will be charged, including cases of cancellation, no-show or early departure.

On other dates:

Reservations made here cannot be cancelled outside of the deadline (Cancellation without penalty up to 5 days before the check-in date). Within the 5-day period before check-in, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
