Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation, 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check in. Note: For all canceled reservations with authorized refund, where the advance was made via bank transfer or PIX, we charge a RETURN FEE in the amount of R$ 10.00;

Cancellation Policies

• in case of departure before the end of the reservation, the full amount will be charged; • in case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation up to thirty (30) days before the scheduled check-in date, no fine will be charged; • in case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation up to seven (07) days before the scheduled check-in date, a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged; • in case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation less than seven (07) days before the scheduled check-in date, a fine of one hundred (100%) of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
