Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation, being charged 50% at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check in.

Cancellation Policies

• in case of departure before the end of the reservation, the full amount will be charged; • in case of cancellation or change of the reservation until thirty (30) days before the scheduled date of check in, no fine will be charged; • in case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation up to seven (07) days before the scheduled date of check in, a 50% penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be charged; • in case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation with less than seven (07) days before the scheduled date of check in, a fine of 100 (100%) of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
