Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation, with 50% charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check-in.
Note: For all canceled reservations with an authorized refund, where the advance was made via bank transfer or PIX, we charge a RETURN FEE in the amount of R$ 10.00;

Cancellation Policies

• if you leave before the end of the reservation, you will be charged the full amount;
• in case of cancellation or change of reservation up to thirty (30) days before the scheduled check-in date, no fine will be charged;
• in case of cancellation or change of reservation up to seven (07) days before the scheduled check-in date, a fine of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged;
• in case of cancellation or change of reservation less than seven (07) days before the scheduled check-in date, a fine of one hundred (100%) of the total value of the reservation will be charged;
