Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/24/2025 - 1/17/2026

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. Period less than 30 days from check-in will not be refunded.

On other dates:

Cancellations and changes within 14 days of check-in date: Customer will not be refunded.
