The Eder Hotel Eder Hotel, literally a ugly duckling becoming a swan, or in other words reference to the city of Cacoal and State of Rondônia. A building where the Cacoalense population saw as a building to which he would have to be demolished, today he is reinventing his story. Everything begins in 1983 with a young woman with a 19-year-old age, arrives in the city of Cacoal- ro fleeing from São Paulo - SP in search of opportunities, starting with a small shoe store. After many achievements, in the year 2012 they were already a reference in the branch of footwear and leathers in the northern region, it was then that in January 2012 with his wife and two children, they made the first visit to the old decolors building, where many could only see An abandoned building, they managed to see a business opportunity, re-educated on 01/04/2013, 15 months after the first visit Eder Hotel, today we have 51 apartments, 2 suites and an auditorium with approximately 70 people, all available for cacoal public rental and region.
