The Hotel

Our history our hotel was inspired by the old houses of the early Italian immigrants who arrived here. With typical local architecture of stone houses built throughout the region, inspiration and dream have come into reality. We are located in Bento Gonçalves, in the heart of the stone paths - an authentic tourist route that portrays, sovers and guarantees the preservation of our largest cultural heritage: Italian immigration. The house was all renovated in the year 2019 through an architectural project that took into account the contemporaneity and daring, without losing the essence of local history and culture. The owners are the 5th generation of Benini and Parisotto families who are of the origin of Italian immigrants that have settled here. Many elements have been rescued from this story, especially the good to receive. As formerly, families were formed by many members, a parent and mother generally had 10 to 15 children, as they needed them to work in their colonies. Over time some children were married and leave the house and meet themselves with the whole family on weekends, who really turned into unique moments of coexistence and care among family members. It was the moment they killed the longing taking advantage of the return to their home homes. The singing of the birds, the fog that contemplates the mountains, the aroma of nature and the sweethearts who toast with their fruit, make the lot20 a dream environment. In this scenario, our guests are awarded daily with a special gift: the time of stars! Moment of contemplation and observation of our stellar system. A moment to slow down the time, breathe calmly, let themselves energize by the moon ... to get away from the rush and tune into a new rhythm. This is part of the essence of what we always look for in the lot20, that you feel at home, with all the comfort and affection we prepare for you. The lot20 hotel boutique arises to change all its concepts in hosting in the region of the Sierra Gaúcha. Curiosity about the origin of the name Lote20 A curiosity of the time, are that the first colonies (land areas) delivered to immigrants and paid with a lot of work and sweat were divided by lots, and the name of the hotel is exactly mention to the lot20, or colony 20, of the original demarcations of this locality. We have a symbolic parreiral that represents the capital of Bento Gonçalves wine and our grapes are harvested by the guests themselves in the vintage season that usually happens in January. Our structure currently the structure of our hotel has 7 suites equipped with Smart TVs with cable channels. The consumption of the minibar and coffee capsules are complimentary to our guests. At the hotel we have spa and leisure spaces in the garden with bonfires. By the garden we still have walnuts with walnuts available on the floor without any treatment of amazement totally in natura. Star time from 10pm starts at the time of stars if the sky is clean, so stay the invitation for you to observe the stars from your balcony or from our garden. The outer lights are all erased to enjoy this great time.
