For registered clients with credit approved by the finance department, reservations can be invoiced up to 14 days after the guest's departure date.

For clients who do not have credit approved by the finance department, we request full payment via credit card at the time of purchase.

Payment at the time of booking

The credit card must be provided for immediate billing and have sufficient funds.

Non-Refundable Cancellation – Full No Show (Cancellation Policy, in specific actions and for accommodation without coffee) In case of cancellation, change of date or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit .

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Early check-in will incur an additional fee. Check-outs until 12:00 PM will incur an additional fee.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
One child up to 7 years old stays free in the apartment, sleeping in existing beds and accompanied by paying adults.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment; if detected, a cleaning fee will be charged.
We offer valet parking services for an additional fee.
Please provide your information in advance so we can issue an invoice in the company's name.
All guests must present an original photo ID to stay at the hotel.
Accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age is prohibited by law unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, or without written authorization from them or a judicial authority. The hotel must provide original or certified photocopies of documents proving this status. The reservation must be made in the guest's name and is therefore non-transferable.
In accordance with the hotel's best practices manual for preventing COVID-19, some areas and services may be reduced or limited during the stay.
Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, depending on the hotel's needs.

Group Policy: Reservations involving nine or more apartments will automatically be classified as Group Reservations and will be subject to a rate review, with the possibility of an increase on the current rate at the time of purchase, as well as the requirement for advance payment.

Group Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than sixty days before check-in will be subject to a full charge (100%) of the total amount of the group reservation, including all apartments involved.
