Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Refunds will be issued upon request via email if cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date. With cancellations made up to 15 days prior, a 50% refund of the deposited amount will be issued. After this period, there is no refund.
In case of early departure from the contracted days, the full amount due must be paid.
DATE CHANGE
If a change to the dates of your stay is necessary, the client must notify the inn in writing via email; requests made only by telephone will not be accepted.
The client will be accommodated free of charge if the request is made up to one month before the scheduled arrival date.
Note: Date changes are always subject to availability and inn rates.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The room will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the scheduled check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the room available to another interested party. In this case, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RESERVATION.
CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN
Cancellation of the stay after check-in, upon arrival at the inn, as well as early departure, whether due to changes in weather, plans, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT, OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rates.
CANCELLATION OF PACKAGES ON LONG WEEKENDS
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited to confirm the reservation will not be refunded in cash, but rather as credit for accommodation:
Up to 7 (seven) days prior to the date of accommodation, the client will have credit (for accommodation) for the full amount paid in advance, provided they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.
All pending credit must be used within 360 (three hundred and sixty) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
With less than 7 (seven) days' notice prior to the check-in date, the client will not be entitled to a credit or rescheduling.
If there is a partial cancellation of the contracted days of the package and the client is already at the inn, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, either in cash or as credit for accommodation.
If there is an outstanding balance on the contracted package, the client must settle it at check-in.
