Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment via credit card, which can be split into up to 3 installments without interest, with a minimum reservation value of R$ 500.00.

It is necessary that at least 50% of the total reservation value be deposited up to 30 days before arrival to guarantee the apartment reservation, and the remaining payment is due up to 15 days before check-in.

If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/14/2026 - 12/17/2026
2/13/2027 - 12/17/2027
3/5/2028 - 4/8/2028

"NO SHOW" and Early Departure:
The full amount of the accommodation will be charged.

Cancellations/Changes to reservations:
Low season: we charge a 10% penalty for cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the stay. For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the stay, the full amount will be charged.
