Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment by credit card can be made in up to 3 interest-free installments, with a minimum reservation value of R$500.00.

A deposit of at least 50% of the total reservation value must be made 30 days before arrival to secure the apartment, and the remaining amount must be paid 15 days before check-in.

If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

"NO SHOW" (No Show) and Early Departure:

The full amount of the accommodation will be charged

Cancellations/Reservation Changes:

Low season: we charge a 10% fine for cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date. For cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
