Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment via credit card can be paid in up to 3 installments without interest, with a minimum reservation amount of R$500.00.

It is necessary that, within 30 days before arrival, a deposit of at least 50% of the total reservation amount is made to guarantee the apartment lock and the remainder of the payment up to 15 days before check-in.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

"NO SHOW" (No Show) and Early Departure: The full amount of accommodation will be charged. Cancellations/Changes in reservations: Cancellations 48h in advance will not be charged.

12/18/2027 - 3/4/2028

"NO SHOW" (No Show) and Early Departure: The full amount of accommodation will be charged. Cancellations/Changes in reservations: Cancellations made 15 days in advance will not be charged.

On other dates:
