Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment via credit card and can be paid in up to 3 interest-free installments, with a minimum reservation value of R$500.00.

A deposit of at least 50% of the total reservation amount must be made up to 30 days before arrival to guarantee the lock of the apartment and the rest of the payment must be made up to 15 days before check-in.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 2/21/2026 - 12/17/2026
2/13/2027 - 12/17/2027
3/5/2028 - 4/8/2028

"NO SHOW" and Early Departure:
The full price of accommodation will be charged.

Cancellations/Changes of reservations:
Low season: we charge a 10% fine for cancellations up to 15 days in advance of accommodation. For cancellations less than 15 days into the stay, the full amount will be charged.
