Children's Policy: one (1) child up to 12 years of age, in the same apartment as their parents, free of charge; Children under 18 (eighteen) years of age are NOT permitted to stay, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians - they must present official documents proving kinship and/or authorization to stay signed by a notary.
