Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% advance payment of the total amount. Alternatively, the total amount of the reservation can be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments on your credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 6/20/2026 - 7/11/2026

If the reservation is cancelled or changed up to 5 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change the reservation within 4 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.

Policy applicable on dates: 8/1/2026 - 9/30/2026

If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the reservation within 13 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.

On other dates:

If the reservation is cancelled or changed up to 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change the reservation within 29 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.
