Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Alternatively, the total reservation amount can be paid in up to 12 interest-free installments on your credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/29/2025 - 8/31/2025

The guest may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in, after which the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Policy applicable on dates: 2/1/2026 - 2/11/2026
2/17/2026 - 3/31/2026

The guest must pay the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change the reservation within 29 to 0 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation value will be made.
