We request 50% in advance to guarantee the reservation, and the total amount can also be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/29/2025 - 8/31/2025

If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the reservation within 13 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.

Policy applicable on dates: 2/1/2026 - 3/31/2026

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fine of 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or make changes from 29 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
