Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Alternatively, the total reservation amount can be paid in up to 12 interest-free installments on your credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/29/2025 - 8/31/2025

If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the reservation within 13 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.

Policy applicable on dates: 2/1/2026 - 2/11/2026
2/17/2026 - 3/31/2026

The guest must pay the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change your reservation within 29 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount will be made.
