Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 8/19/2024 - 9/30/2024

Allows you to cancel your reservation up to 5 days before check-in, after which cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.

Se a reserva for cancelada ou alterada em até 14 dias antes da chegada não será cobrado nenhuma taxa. Caso cancele ou altere a reserva dentro dos 13 dias antes da chegada será efetuada uma cobrança no valor de 50% do valor total da reserva.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or make changes from 29 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
