Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation, we request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Alternatively, the total reservation amount can be paid in up to 12 interest-free installments on your credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 8/20/2024 - 9/30/2024

Se a reserva for cancelada ou alterada em até 5 dias antes da chegada não será cobrado nenhuma taxa. Caso cancele ou altere a reserva dentro dos 04 dias antes da chegada será efetuada uma cobrança no valor de 50% do valor total da reserva.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change the reservation within 29 to 0 days before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total reservation value will be made.
