Payment policy: In full upon credit card due date Or in up to 10 installments via credit card. (Visa, Master, Diners, Hiper and Hipercard)

Cancellation Policies

The amount paid will be refunded through a letter of credit, valid for 365 days, not for the number of nights, but for the amount paid. The use of the letter of credit will be subject to the following deadlines:
I - In case of withdrawal or cancellation made up to 15 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be converted into a full credit.
II - In case of withdrawal or cancellation made between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date, 70% of the amount paid will be converted into a credit.
III - In case of withdrawal or cancellation made more than 6 days before the check-in date, THERE WILL BE NO RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
IV - There will be no refunds; only the issuance of a letter of credit for use with Jurema Águas Quentes.
V - Any change of date
