Reservations made on the Best Rate – Non-Refundable rate or on special dates such as New Year's Eve, Carnival, and national holidays may be canceled seven (7) days after the reservation request. After this period or in the event of a no-show, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Available only for reservations opting for the FLEXIBLE RATE – Refundable
By credit card in person – Payment in up to 6 (six) installments, provided it is requested at the time of payment and with a minimum installment starting at R$100.00. The card used must be physically presented at check-in and belong to the reservation holder, with a PIN.
By PIX – using the QR code on the POS (card machine) – in-person payment (instant transaction).

Cancellation Policies

Reservations made on the Best Rate – Non-Refundable rate or on special dates such as New Year's Eve, Carnival, and national holidays may be canceled after 7 (seven) days from the date of the reservation request. After this period or in the event of a no-show, no refund or credit will be issued.

Reservation cancellations must be requested by the reservation holder, sent from the same email address used for the original reservation, exclusively to [email protected].
For reservations canceled within the aforementioned timeframes, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the original. Credit cards: refunds will be requested within 10 (ten) business days of the request, and credit will be processed according to the issuing bank's rules. Pix or deposit: refunds will be made within 10 (ten) business days of the request.
