Billing within 15 days after check-out.

- Registered subject to hotel approval.

- Payment: Reservations with a guarantee are confirmed by 12:00 pm the following day, and a daily rate will be charged.

- Reservations without a No Show guarantee will be automatically cancelled at 6:00 pm on the arrival date;

Registration for billing must be made 5 business days before check-in

Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation: 24 business hours before check-in;

- Cancellations and changes outside this period will be subject to a fine.
