Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Invoiced Payment - Upon consultation on serasa and release of registration by the financial department for the company and/or operator. Billing period: 15 days after check out.
- Payment: Guaranteed reservations are confirmed until 12 noon the following day, with a daily charge.

Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation: 24 hours before check-in
- Cancellations after the deadline will be subject to acceptance by the hotel and subject to a fine.
