We are delighted that you chose Le Canton Hotels! We would like to inform you that we have begun construction of new rooms to further enhance your experience at the resort. During the renovation, which will take place until May 30, 2024, some areas will be temporarily closed. We want to assure you that we are taking steps to minimize any inconvenience, keeping your comfort as a priority. All of our promotional campaigns, discounted rates, long weekend packages, special events, high season and Black Friday do not allow changes or cancellations; Flexible rates have a maximum period to reschedule or cancel daily rates, 7 (seven) days prior to check-in. After this period, prepaid amounts will not be refundable; Non-refundable or promotional rates cannot be rescheduled, will not be considered as credit and will not be refunded. There are no forms of refund. All amounts paid in advance for the reservation, if not used during the stay, are not considered as credit, will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for other products or services of the hotel. Including early departures; Daily rates have an additional 10% service charge and 2% ISS. Other services have an additional 10% service charge; Meals included in the accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be served in the main restaurant of each contracted hotel.
