We are delighted that you chose Le Canton Hotels! We would like to inform you that we have begun construction of new rooms to further enhance your experience at the resort. During the renovation, which will take place until May 30, 2024, some areas will be temporarily closed. We want to assure you that we are taking steps to minimize any inconvenience, keeping your comfort as a priority. All of our promotional campaigns, discounted rates, long weekend packages, special events, high season and Black Friday do not allow changes or cancellations; Flexible rates have a maximum period to reschedule or cancel daily rates, 7 (seven) days prior to check-in. After this period, prepaid amounts will not be refundable; Non-refundable or promotional rates cannot be rescheduled, will not be considered as credit and will not be refunded. There are no forms of refund. All amounts paid in advance for the reservation, if not used during the stay, are not considered as credit, will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for other products or services of the hotel. Including early departures; Daily rates have an additional 10% service charge and 2% ISS. Other services have an additional 10% service charge; Meals included in the accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be served in the main restaurant of each contracted hotel. Any meal consumed in a restaurant other than the contracted hotel will be subject to a charge. Important Information
• We schedule most of our activities through our app, EasyTrip. So download it to your smartphone and schedule after your check-in!
• Daily rates include a 10% service fee and a 2% ISS. Other services have a 10% service fee.
• Meals included in the accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be served in the main restaurant of each hotel booked. Any meal consumed in a restaurant other than the one at the hotel booked will be subject to a charge. Le Canton determines the choice of restaurant for confirmed reservations at Hotel Magique;
• Full board meals do not include drinks and extra consumption. Extra consumption will be charged separately and charged to the guest's room;
• It will not be possible to exchange the check-out lunch for the check-in lunch. The full board starts with dinner on the day of check-in until lunch on the day of check-out;
• FOOD AND DRINKS ARE PROHIBITED INTO THE LE CANTON COMPLEX. Any person found consuming food and drinks brought from outside the complex will be subject to temporary retention and will be considered irregular. Additional fees may apply to products (drinks and/or other extras) brought by the guest.
• According to federal law, all minors under 18 years of age accompanied by their parents must present a photo ID at check-in. If one or both parents are absent, it will be necessary to present a notarized authorization to stay with the minor, signed by the parents and accompanied by the minor's ID;

• The hotels have exclusive pools, and the use of pools other than those of the contracted hotel is not permitted. Le Canton will determine the choice of pool to be used for confirmed reservations at Hotel Magique;
• Le Canton is Pet Friendly, with suitable apartments and a fee charged, and it is necessary to check availability before check-in. Pets will not be allowed access to non-suitable apartments.
• Some images taken by the hotel staff may be used in our advertising. If you do not agree, please inform us that the use of your family's image is not authorized at the time of check-in.
• We do not accept checks as a form of payment, in accordance with (article 6, paragraph III and article 31 - Consumer Protection Code).
