Attention! Reservation cancellations must be requested from Monday to Friday during business hours (8am-6pm). The reservation will be considered cancelled after receipt of the cancellation email from the Reservations Department. This procedure will exempt any No Show charges.

- Parking: charged one daily rate per vehicle. Payment directly at the parking counter;
- We do not accept pets.
- We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
- All Suites are non-smoking. If the Hotel identifies any odor in the Suite, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Breakfast:
Daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Restaurant (self-service buffet);
