Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, it will be necessary to send complete credit card details (number, validity and security code). Payment of the daily rate(s) is made at check-in. If the number is not sent, the reservation will not be guaranteed as a no show and will be held until 4pm. After this time it will be subject to cancellation.

- Reception operates 24 hours.
- Parking: charged at R$20.00 per day per vehicle. Payment directly at the parking counter.
- Breakfast:
Monday to Friday: 6am to 10am
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 6:30 am to 11 am
- Children:
From 00 to 03 years old: complimentary accommodation in an existing bed.
From 4 to 17 years old: we accommodate in our family suites. In the family suite we accommodate a couple with 1 child up to 17 years old.
- It is mandatory to present an identity document for minors under 18 years of age.
- We do not accept pets.
