Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, after this period the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
• Reservations without a No Show guarantee will be subject to cancellation after 4:00 pm or according to the hotel's needs;
• No Show guarantee may be made by advance payment of the reserved period (bank deposit or credit card);
• In the event of a No Show (no-show of the reservation) of reservations guaranteed by billing, the total amount of the period will be charged, with no refund;
• In the event of a No Show of reservations with advance payment, the total amount of the period will be charged, with no refund.
