For all reservations during New Year's Eve, January, Carnival, July, Holidays, Events or Public Competitions, payment must be made in full at the time of booking to guarantee and confirm the reservation.
No Shows must be guaranteed with a 100% Irrevocable Guarantee.

-If payment is not confirmed, the reservation will be cancelled!
-If the card does not authorize payment, the reservation will be cancelled!
We also inform you that the hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY CARDS. The credit card for payment must belong to the person making the reservation.
You must present this card and proof of payment at check-in for verification and signature.

If the reservation is for more than 3 rooms, different conditions and additional supplements may apply.
Cancellation Policies
> Cancellation and modification up to 30 days before the check-in date free of charge.
> Cancellation and modification after the deadline or no-show (NO SHOW), fine corresponding to the total price of the reservation (100%).
The fine will be 100% of the total amount in cases of changes, no-show, early departure or cancellation at any time after booking.
Policy applicable on dates: 9/4/2026 - 9/7/2026
> Cancellation and modification up to 14 days before the check-in date free of charge.
> Cancellation and modification after the deadline or no-show (NO SHOW), fine corresponding to the total price of the reservation (100%).
> Cancellation and changes up to 1 day before the check-in date without penalty.
> Cancellation and changes after the deadline or no-show (NO SHOW), a fine corresponding to 1 daily rate.
