Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- We charge a prepayment of the total price of the reservation 30 days prior to arrival.
- We offer payment in up to 4 interest-free installments for amounts over R$600.00.
**We also inform you that the hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY CARDS. The credit card for payment must be that of the person making the reservation.
**You must present this card and proof of payment at check-in for verification and signature.
"Attention": If the reservation is for more than 3 rooms, different conditions and additional supplements may apply.

- Cancellation and modification up to 30 days before the check-in date without penalty.
- The total price of the reservation must be paid in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show, the guest must pay the total price of the reservation.
