Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest must pay 100% of the total value of the reservation to guarantee it, according to the chosen payment method.
In case of payment via credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately after it is created.
If the guest chooses to pay via deposit or transfer, they must pay 100% of the reservation within 48 business hours. IMPORTANT: Send the deposit receipt to the hotel reservations email along with your reservation number.

Cancellation Policies

At this rate, the guest must pay 100% of the total amount at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
In case of cancellation or no-show, a fine of 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Please note that this rate does not allow date changes.
