Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest must pay 50% of the total value of the reservation to guarantee it, according to the chosen payment method.
If paying via credit card, it will be charged up to 7 days before the reservation check-in date.
If the guest chooses to pay via deposit or transfer, they must pay 50% of the reservation within 48 business hours. IMPORTANT: Send the deposit receipt to the hotel reservations email along with your reservation number.
