Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest must pay 100% of the total value of the reservation to guarantee it, according to the chosen payment method.

IMPORTANT: Send the deposit receipt together with your reservation number to the hotel reservations email.
Please note that the card used for purchase must be presented during check-in.

Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
