Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The guest must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation to guarantee it, according to the chosen payment method.

IMPORTANT: Send the deposit receipt along with your reservation number to the hotel's reservation email.

Please be aware that the card used for the purchase must be presented during check-in.

Cancellations of reservations without a No Show fee will be allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
