Full payment of the daily rate plus 5% ISS at the time of booking. This condition applies to reservations with promotional rates, holidays and major events. Changes to the Check In (Check In) and Check Out (Check Out) dates will not be allowed. No refunds or credits will be due from the hotel for other bookings. Cancellation Policies
For the period of high season, as Carnival and major events, the booking cannot be cancelled and will be non-refundable.
