Deposit / Guarantee Policies

1.2. DEPOSIT/PIX RATE | 10% PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT
1.2.1. To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the stay will be charged via bank deposit or PIX.
1.2.2. This type of rate does not allow installments.
1.2.3. Booking confirmation will only take place after sending the deposit receipt via e-mail, within a maximum period of 3 days, and identification of its compensation by the financial sector.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/26/2025 - 1/4/2026
12/26/2026 - 1/3/2027

NEW YEAR'S EVE: For cancellations, please inform us up to 15 days before check-in.

On other dates:

Cancellation of reservations is made directly at the property by telephone, whatsapp or email, and will obey the following rules:
1. In case of cancellation within 7 days after the date of confirmation of booking, the full amount will be refunded.
1.1. The deadline for the refund is up to 30 days.
2. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in there will be no refund of the amount paid.
3. In other cancellations, outside the stipulated deadlines, the amount deposited will be converted into credit for new nights during the period of 06 months.
4. Withdrawal at Check-In: Withdrawal of accommodation upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY KIND OF REFUND OR CREDIT ON A DAILY DAILY, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the entire stay.
5. We follow the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, especially with regard to Article 49 and its Sole Paragraph:
ART CDC 49: The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within seven days of its signature or act of receipt of the product or service, whenever the contracting of commercial supply, especially by telephone or at home.
Sole Paragraph: If the consumer exercises the right of repentance provided for in this article, the amounts duly paid, under any circumstances, during the reflection period, will be returned immediately, monetarily updated.
