1. PARTICULAR 1.1. HOTEL RATE | STANDARD 1.1.1. To guarantee the reservation, the first night will be charged, using the credit card details provided or bank deposit. 1.1.2. If the credit card transaction is declined, we will contact you to request new data. 1.1.3. We pay in up to 2 interest-free installments. 1.1.4. The remainder of the total amount must be paid at check-in. 1.1.5. The remainder of the total amount can be paid in cash with a 10% discount. 1.2. DEPOSIT/PIX RATE | 10% DISCOUNT 1.2.1. To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the stay will be charged via bank deposit or PIX. 1.2.2. This tariff type does not allow installments. 1.2.3. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations is carried out directly at the establishment, by telephone, WhatsApp, or by email, and will obey the following rules: 1. In case of cancellation within 07 days after the reservation confirmation date, there will be a full refund of the amount deposited. 1.1. The deadline for returning paid amounts is up to 30 days. 2. In case of cancellation within 07 days before check-in, there will be no refund of the amount paid. 3. In other cancellations, outside the stipulated deadlines, the amount deposited will be converted into credit for new daily rates during the period of 06 months. 4. Withdrawal at check-in: withdrawal from accommodation upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND OR CREDIT IN NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount pays for the entire stay. 5. We follow the norms of the Consumer Defense Code, especially with regard to article 49 and its Sole Paragraph: ART. 49 of the CDC: The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within a period of 07 days from his signature or act of receipt of the product or service, whenever contracting a commercial supply, especially by telephone or at home. Sole Paragraph: If the consumer exercises the right of repentance provided for in this article, the amounts duly paid, in any capacity, during the reflection period, will be returned immediately, monetarily updated.
