If the operator does not have an approved registration, or is in default with Aviva, prepayment of the reservation will be requested as a guarantee and the same must be settled within 15 days after issuance or, in case the period between issuance of the reservation and check-in is less, must be settled within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policies
Right of withdrawal (7 days):
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code of Ethics, and other contractual provisions for new purchases, cancellations made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase will result in a full refund of the amount paid for the stay.
Cancellation after 7 days:
In case of cancellation of the reservation made from the 8th (eighth) day after the date of purchase, regardless of the advance notice of the check-in date, the client will be subject to a charge of the full amount of the reservation as a penalty (100% of the total amount paid), characterizing the sale condition as non-refundable.
- Prepaid reservations: The total amount of the reservation will be retained to compensate for the penalty.
- Invoiced reservations or reservations conditional on payment at the Hotel: The full penalty charge will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
