Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Confidential rate. Billing upon approved registration.
If the operator does not have an approved registration, or is in default with Aviva, prepayment of the reservation will be requested as a guarantee and the same must be settled within 15 days after issuance or, in case the period between issuance of the reservation and check-in is less, must be settled within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date: Charge of 1 night's fee as a fine. A) If the reservation was prepaid: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee and reimbursement of the amount proportional to the remaining daily rates. At the discretion of the hotel, the customer may be offered, in lieu of reimbursement, a Free Credit Letter, which must be used within 1 (one) year from its issuance. B) If the reservation is invoiced: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee as a fine that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date. C) If the reservation is subject to direct payment at the Hotel: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee as a fine that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
