Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase: Full refund of the amount paid for the stay.
Cancellations made from the 8th (eighth) day from the date of purchase up to 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date: Full refund of the amount paid for the stay;
Cancellations made 29 (twenty-nine) days before the check-in date: Full charge of the amount paid. A) If the reservation was prepaid: Full charge of the amount paid. B) If the reservation is invoiced: Full charge of the amount paid as a fine that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
“No Show”: Charge of the full amount paid as a fine. A) If the reservation was prepaid: Full charge of the amount paid as a fine B) If the reservation is invoiced: The fine will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
The customer will not be able to reschedule the reservation date, rescheduling will be subject to the new conditions in force, on the new date and chosen configuration.

Cancellations made 7 (seven) days in advance of the check-in date: Charge of 1 night's fee as a fine. A) If the reservation was prepaid: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee and reimbursement of the amount proportional to the remaining daily rates. At the discretion of the hotel, the customer may be offered, in lieu of reimbursement, a Free Credit Letter, which must be used within 1 (one) year from its issuance. B) If the reservation is invoiced: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee as a fine that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date. C) If the reservation is subject to direct payment at the Hotel: Charge of 1 (one) night's fee as a fine that will be sent after the scheduled check-out date.
