The Refúgio Grand Premium - Former Hotel Turismo offers welcoming and strategically located accommodation, close to Parque das Fontes and Hot Park, with breakfast and lunch included. Exclusive pools, comfort and personalized services guarantee a peaceful and intimate experience.

At Refúgio Grand Premium, you will find the Play Area with toys available for a family experience. The hotel also has the Baby's Corner, a space prepared for all your baby's needs.

The hotel is located within the Rio Quente complex. In addition, we have the naturally warm waters of Parque das Fontes, with the Frog Pool, attractions for all the children at Hotibum and the Children's Club at Hot Park, as well as our leisure program, full of activities to make your vacation unforgettable. The Refúgio Grand Premium is still undergoing a retrofit process, with the aim of offering an even more modern, comfortable and welcoming structure for its guests. The works will be carried out in phases throughout 2025, with completion scheduled for the end of 2026. With the commitment to minimize any impact on the visitor experience, the works will take place at specific times: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays, from 8 am to 2 pm. The hotel team appreciates your understanding during this period and remains available to ensure that each stay is as pleasant as possible.
