Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Our rates are paid in full at the time of booking.

Daily rates can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments on your card, as long as the minimum installment is R$200. We do not accept installments on international cards.

Please note that the card used to purchase and confirm the reservation must be presented at check-in along with the main guest's documentation for the reservation.

Payment for extra expenses must be made at check-out via debit or credit card (in cash), only Visa or Mastercard accepted. We do not accept payments by check, bank transfer or Pix for extra expenses.

Cancellation Policies

Our rates are refundable, as long as the cancellation request is made more than 15 days in advance of the check-in date. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
In case of date change within the period stipulated above, only with presentation of a medical certificate. The date change must be made according to the current rate.
If a no show occurs, the charge will be 100% of the reservation value.

To request a refund, please contact us via email to [email protected] or (17) 3279-1009, the refund period is up to 3 months after receipt of the duly completed form, or if you prefer, we will send you a letter of credit for the amount paid to be deducted from a new future reservation. Reservations rescheduled or paid with a letter of credit are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of services due to the pandemic or while the Resort or Park is closed, the bases of Law No. 14,046/2020 will be applied, with the amendments to MP 1036/2021, with only the rescheduling of reservations or availability being offered. letter of credit for use at a future date, as applicable.

Canceling your stay after checking in, as well as leaving early, mainly due to a change in weather (rain), will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights, resulting in total loss. of the amount paid for the accommodation package or unused daily rate.
