Cancellation Policies

Flexible or refundable rates: in this case, the guest is entitled to a refund, provided that the cancellation request is made at least 15 days before the check-in date. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the charge is 100% of the reservation amount.
