Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The card provided will be used to charge the total amount for the stay and the debit will be made after the reservation is completed.
For payments made by credit card, it is mandatory to present the original credit card along with personal documents at check-in. Payment of Extra Expenses at Check-Out: payment by check, bank transfer or PIX will not be accepted for settlement of extra expenses at the resort. The accepted payment methods are: debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible or refundable rates: in this case, the guest is entitled to a refund, provided that the cancellation request is made at least 15 days before the check-in date. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the charge is 100% of the reservation amount. Cancellation of the stay after checking in, as well as early departure, especially due to weather changes (rain), will not entitle the guest to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or unused daily rate.
