• Reservations at this rate do not allow changes or cancellations, and the total amount of the stay may be charged at any time, with no possibility of refund.

• In case of no-show, a penalty corresponding to the total value of the stay (100%) will be applied.

• We do not accept payments with third-party credit cards. The card used must be in the name of the reservation holder, who must also be one of the guests.

At check-in, it will be necessary to present an official photo ID and the same credit card used at the time of booking.

On other dates:

• The card may be processed automatically after the cancellation deadline.

• If the card provided is invalid or the transaction is not authorized, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Payment in advance - reservation cannot be changed or canceled - full amount is charged in advance.

Policy applicable on dates: 7/1/2026 - 7/31/2026

• Cancellation without charge is possible up to 45 days before check-in.

• After this period or in case of no-show, 100% of the stay value will be charged as a penalty.

On other dates:

If the reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged;
If canceled within a period of less than 72 hours, or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
