ALL RESERVATIONS UNDER THE PREPAYMENT POLICY MUST BE PAID 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE PASSENGERS.

On other dates:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1-night stay and you can pay the difference upon arrival.

Does not include environmental sanitation tax (Direct payment at reception).

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2025 - 12/31/2026

If cancel 3 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged 1 night penalty.
In case of no show, will be charged 1 night penalty.
In case of early departures, will be charged the total amount of stay.

On other dates:

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
If you cancel 3 days before arrival, no penalty applies.
If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, a 1-night penalty applies.
If you do not show up, you will be penalized with 1 night's stay.
In case of early departures, the total number of effective nights plus 1 night penalty will be charged.
