Full payment of 100% of the stay is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Full payment of 100% of the stay is due 24 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2025 - 12/31/2026

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before arrival: 100% penalty of the stay.

- No-show: 100% of the total cost of the reserved stay will be charged.

- Early departure (check-out before the agreed date): 100% of the cost of the unused nights originally booked will be charged.

Important: There are no partial refunds or credits applicable to future stays in cases of late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

On other dates:

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. If you cancel 3 days before arrival, no penalty applies. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, a 1-night penalty applies. In case of no-show, a 1-night penalty will be applied. In case of early departure, the total of the effective nights will be charged plus 1 night penalty. Does not include environmental sanitation tax (Direct payment at reception).
